https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2j21hz2pw5U&t=25s When I heard that Echonox had built something in 2.2, I knew I had to check it out. If you're a newer player, you may not be as familiar with his work since he hasn't released anything for over 5 years. Back in the day, he was one of the best effect creators in the game, constantly innovating on that end. In this level, Echonox did the first 23 seconds, but he said he would be unable to finish it himself, and Xstar7 did the rest. The two of them did many cool collaborations back when Echonox was active too, so this reunion is cool to see. I recently uploaded a level by Xstar7, which had lots of cool background effects and some nice shader usage, with quite simple block designs and decorations on top. This definitely fits nicely alongside Echonox's classic style, and that is evident in this level. The transition between the parts made by the two of them is pretty seamless. However, I will say that the level gets a bit stale and less exciting towards the end, but this is also because the song slows down and doesn't change as much, making it harder to change the visuals as much as in the first 30 seconds. In terms of gameplay, this is about what you'd expect from a level at 4 Stars. Every part is really open with lots of room for error. The swing part at 0:12 may seem the most challenging on video, but you are free to slide on the structures as long as you don't hit the saws. All in all, I think this got a deserved Epic rating.
