Ingredients for 4 persons: * 400g rigatoni * 500g cherry/date tomatoes * half a bottle of tomato puree * 250g smoked bacon with cubes * 1 small onion/garlic * 1 fresh chilli (optional) * fresh basil q.b. * extra virgin olive oil * parmigiano grated q.b. * salt and pepper q.b. Preparation: 1. In a high-capacity pan, heats a line of extra-virgin olive oil. Add the finely chopped onion or crushed garlic. Rose with sweet fire until the onion is clear. 2. Add the chilli 3. Combine your bacon cubes and sunny moths until they are crisp. 4. Wash the tomatoes, cut in half and add them to the peel. 5.
