I play the opening theme song for the anime Legend of the Galactic Heroes, (Ginga Eiyuu Sensetsu: Die Neue These). It originally is a Japanese novel series written by Yoshiki Tanaka--in humanity's distant future, two interstellar states, the Galactic Empire and the Free Planets Alliance, are embroiled in a never-ending war. Binary Star is composed by Hiroyuki Sawano and sung by Uru. The novel series is very long (I haven't read it) but you might like it if you are interested in military strategy story plots. Chinese music instruments are uncommon where I live in USA. I wish to bring cultural knowledge across international boundaries. Thank you for listening! I take song requests by fans (send a message).
