Are Stochastic Dynamics The Foundation Of Intelligence? by Weibo Gong @ CDC 2011 Concept abstraction is an important component of intelligence. Scientists today still do not know how the brain accomplishes it. In this talk we compare some recent mathematical results about random walks on manifolds and graphs with the features of concept abstraction processes to seek understanding of the algorithms involved.
