年更up回归 两件事,一个是关于训练的:深蹲改了动作,不穿深蹲鞋了,站距握距都更宽,体感更好。卧推因为很久没有起桥,现在起不来了(哭,慢慢恢复,比赛的时候肯定还是大桥。 第二个就是比赛,七月中旬的CPA和八月下旬的WP我都会参加,CPA是100kg少年组,WP是94kg class,去见识一下强者的世界
