This Samyang lens costs only £500, a price which puts Canon and Nikon's 24mm f/1.4 lenses to shame, being less than half of what the two biggest manufacturers demand. Can its image quality be up to scratch? Watch this review, and find out! Seriously, though - I've had a whale of a time testing this lens. It gives some truly wonderful images on a full-frame camera (and it's nice on APS-C, too). I shot most of these sample pictures in South Korea, so this is probably my most colorful lens review to date. Samyang lenses are also sometimes branded under the names Walimex, Bower, Rokinon, and Opteka.
